1. Phone Consultation
Your phone consultation is the first step in creating a truly bespoke experience. This is where we connect, discussing your vision, your children, your home, and how you hope to display your artwork. I’ll answer any questions, walk you through the process, and begin thoughtfully designing a session tailored entirely to your family. It’s relaxed, personal, and the foundation for everything to come.
2. Styled Concept Consultation
Your in-studio concept consultation is where the vision begins to take shape. Together, we thoughtfully design your session, selecting wardrobe from our curated studio collection, refining color palettes, discussing backdrop options, and planning how your finished artwork will live within your home.
This appointment is intentional and collaborative, ensuring every detail aligns beautifully with your family’s style and the aesthetic of your space. By the time you leave, your session has been fully designed; cohesive, elevated, and uniquely yours.
3. Session Day
Your session day is designed to feel effortless and beautifully guided. From the moment you arrive for hair and makeup, every detail has been prepared; wardrobe steamed, sets styled, lighting perfected. You are able to relax and be present while we gently direct and refine each moment.
We work with patience and intention, allowing children to feel comfortable and confident, capturing both softly guided portraits and the in between expressions that feel most genuine. The experience is unhurried, calm, and thoughtfully curated, resulting in artwork that feels both timeless and deeply personal.
4. Ordering Appointment
Your ordering appointment is where your portraits are revealed for the very first time. In a private, relaxed setting, you will view your images and see them thoughtfully presented as finished artwork, scaled to your walls and styled for your home.
I will guide you through selecting your favorite portraits and designing custom heirloom pieces, from statement wall art to handcrafted albums. Every decision is made with intention, ensuring your artwork is cohesive, refined, and created to be cherished for generations.
